When will I receive my order?

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it? 

You have a 30 day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item. To refund or exchange simply WhatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860

For payments made using the Cash on Delivery method: exchanges can only be made in any The Athlete’s Foot store in Kuwait.

For payments already captured (KNET/APPLE PAY/TABBY/TAMARA/CREDIT CARD): exchanges can be made in any The Athlete’s Foot store or arrange a pickup through customer service.

How much does delivery cost?  

Enjoy free delivery on all orders with Next Day Delivery and Click & Collect options. A delivery charge of 1.5 KD applies to Same Day Delivery orders. A 2.5 KD delivery charge applies to Express Delivery orders in Kuwait. 

 

Do you have express delivery?  

Yes, we offer express delivery for orders in Kuwait. If you order items that qualify for this service from 8AM-8PM, they will be delivered within 2-3 hours based on the location for a fee of 2.5 KD. 

 

Do you have international Shipping? 

At the moment we only serve customers in Kuwait.  

 

How can i apply a discount voucher code?

Sign Up And Shop! At Checkout, The Discount Code Will Be Applied On All The Full Price Items (Excluding Raffle Styles).

 

What payment methods do you accept?  

We accept all major Credit Cards, Knet, Apple Pay, Tabby & Tamara. 

 

Do you have cash on delivery? 

Yes, we accept cash on delivery for orders delivered in Kuwait. Please note that cash on delivery is not available for Express Delivery orders.

 

Are your products authentic? 

All products sold on our website are 100% authentic. We receive all our products from official suppliers.

How does Click & Collect work? 

Click & Collect is a service that allows you to shop and pay for your order on the website, select your pick-up point as one of our stores and collect it at your convenience.   

 

How do I place an order for Click & Collect? 

Here’s what you need to do to place a Click & Collect order:

1) Find the products you want to buy by searching for them or by browsing the website.

2) If Click & Collect is available for the item you want to purchase, the “Pick in Store” option will be available.

3) Choose the store you would like to collect from & click on “add to bag”.

4) Click your basket from the top right of the screen and hit the 'Go To Checkout' button.

5) Enter your shipping & payment information and click the “Place Order” button.

6) Review and pay for your order.

 

How much does it cost and when will I be able to collect? 

Click & Collect is available at no extra charge for all orders.

 

How will I know when my Click & Collect order is ready? 

We will notify you when your order is ready for collection at the selected store.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a subsequent notification when your order is ready to pick up within 24 hours.

 

How long will you hold my order? 

Orders are held in store for 7 business days.

 

What do I need to bring to collect my order? 

Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email when picking up your order.

 

What if I want to refund or exchange my item after I receive it? 

You have a 30-day window to refund or exchange from the date you receive your item.

You can return your products in two easy ways.

I. Return to Store - Bring your products in their original packaging along with your invoice to any store in Kuwait.

Hand over your return - an authorized staff member will take your package. After we check your returns, we'll process your refund.

II. Request a return online - To refund or exchange online, WhatsApp customer care with your order number ready on +96522261860.
